Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential clients.
- Explain our digital marketing and website designing services to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Understand client needs and provide information on how our services can help their business.
- Answer basic client queries and schedule followup meetings for the sales or technical teams.
Required Skills:
- Average communication skills.
- Ability to explain services clearly and confidently.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (training will be provided).
- Positive attitude and ability to handle client queries efficiently.
- Experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
