Job Description

Job Title: AR Caller

Locations: Bangalore Chennai Hyderabad Pune Mysore Coimbatore
Employment Type: FullTime (Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Callers to work with our esteemed clients. The role involves interacting with US insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims and ensure timely payments for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
  • Review and resolve outstanding Accounts Receivable (A/R) issues.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and adherence to client requirements.
  • Understand and navigate the medical billing cycle.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and resolve challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: 14 years in AR calling or medical billing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with US healthcare insurance processes is a plus.

  • 4 years:/month

Additional Requirements

  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 10 days.
  • Relieving letter is mandatory.
  • Work from the office only.
