About RBML
RBML intends to create a digital platform to provide Freight as a Service by aggregating demand from Shippers and providing service through third party trucks. Platform will enable receipt of payment from Shippers and payment to transporter through RBML.

What will you do
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced organisation with a vision to build a strong Logistics ecosystem. As Training manager you will be responsible for taking up responsibility for overall training of SOPs across all Functions (Demand/Supply/Operations/SAMs).
Design Training modules for Onfield Sales/Inside Sales/Supply/Operations & CE personnel
Identify new training needs for stakeholders across business units
The role will be responsible for handling multiple products in a highly operational environment. The person should have a technology bend of mindset and should be able to identify conceptualise & deliver training needs across all business functions.
Core Responsibilities:
Call centre Training Transactional Quality strategic Quality OD Trainings L&D Interventions at call centre
Set up Sampling Methodology Quality Monitoring Training Planning Lean Management process reengineering setting up process from scratch.
Work closely with operations team to forecast training needs and deploy training resources as needed.
Explore new ways of delivering ongoing training to the merchant experience team.
Ensure consistency with Global Training strategy while customizing to meet local needs of the team.
Work closely with the Quality team to implement assessments throughout training and at key points in the employee development journey.
Proactively identify training needs and adapt to changes related to fast growth.
Ensuring all new starters receive management system or the company way awareness induction training.

Qualifications:
48 years of experience in CC Training & Quality
Graduate and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Black Belt Preferred)
Ability to work independently and proactively
