Job Description
Overview:
The role of SECURITY HCM is crucial in ensuring the security and privacy of sensitive data within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The individual in this role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to protect employee information access controls and mitigating risks related to data privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing security measures for the HCM system
- Performing regular security assessments and risk management
- Developing and maintaining access control protocols
- Investigating security breaches and collaborating with IT teams for resolution
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and standards
- Conducting security awareness training for HCM system users
- Managing security incidents and providing incident response
- Administering user access and permissions within the HCM system
- Monitoring and analyzing security reports and alerts
- Participating in the development of security policies and procedures
- Collaborating with vendors for security solutions and support
- Documenting security incidents and actions taken
- Conducting periodic security audits
- Implementing security best practices and industry standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP CISM or CISA
- Proven experience in HCM security and data privacy
- Strong knowledge of access control principles and practices
- Experience with risk assessment and management
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as GDPR HIPAA etc.
- Proficiency in security incident response and management
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of security best practices and standards
- Experience in conducting security audits and assessments
- Ability to stay updated with the latest security trends and developments
- Understanding of cloud security concepts and practices
Rich Experience in SAP ECC Security
knowledge of HR Security (HCM authorization concept) to understand and advice on the solution.
SF ECP SF EC and IAG experience for SF ruleset would be a plus as well.
Exposure to SAP BW/BI/BOBJ Security
Experience and hands on experience on GRC 10.0
Worked on IDM 7.2/8.0 Security
Worked on SAP PO Security
Worked on SAP Portal Security
Understanding the role design document and identifying the client requirements
Risk ID creation and assignment to appropriate approvers & monitors for the risk.
