Key Responsibility Areas:
- Hunter Instinct: Identify and generate leads with Industries Corporates Infrastructure and Residential Buildings for Business to meet targets and achieve Company s objectives
- Plan execute and monitor Sales Operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfilment for all orders secured
- Seek appointments and meet Senior Management of clients
- Ability to strongly negotiate and close deals
- Make presentations and give demo of our services
- Should be able to identify opportunities by analyzing Customer needs and
propose solutions for overall business enhancement
- Build rapport with clients and maintain relationships with Key personnel
- Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure a seamless execution of projects
- Provide technical insights to clients and address any technical queries or concerns Should have had hardcore field sales experience
- Should have experience of dealing with the end users
- Follow the internal sales processes as established by the company
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
- Coordinate with finance and accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection
Knowledge Competencies and Experience
- 3 5 years of Sales experience
- Experience of HVAC industry would be an added advantage
- Should have dealt with Industries/Farma Industries Corporates Commercial and Residential Buildings etc
- Comfortable talking to GM s CXO s and above
Education Qualification:
UG: BE/BTech/Diploma Preferred
PG : Not Mandatory
Experinece: 35 years into field sales from HVAC industry only
