EnviPack is an Indian Startup founded in March 2023. As a bootstrapped company we are building India s largest procurement platform assisting D2C Ecommerce Logistics Agritech and Hotel Industries with their endtoend procurement of Packaging Materials Consumable Supplies and Bed Bath and Linen.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily financial operations ensuring accuracy in accounting processes and providing support for financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fastpaced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday accounting activities including bookkeeping accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements manage invoices and ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial analysis to help inform decisionmaking and business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure timely filing of returns and audits.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and procurement to align financial activities with overall business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting functions and increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical organizational and problemsolving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
