Overview:
The Branch Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations sales and overall success of the branch. They are responsible for managing staff driving sales ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining financial performance. Additionally the Branch Manager represents the company within the community fosters positive relationships and upholds the organizations values and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 10 sales managers in Agency Channel.
- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Training the team on Industry standards with the support of training department of Life Insurance Companies to make sure the team is fully equipped to sell Life Insurance products in the market.
- Monitor the day to day activity planning & execution of Agency team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Implement training programs for staff development
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
- Participate in community events and networking activities
- Coordinate with head office and other branches
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in a managerial role
- 2 years in team handling experience require in LI (Agency channel)
- 47 years of experience in Life insurance
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
