Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented IT Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product development and have a strong background in both project management and quality assurance. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to support product lifecycles from ideation to launch while ensuring the quality and functionality of the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily status updates team meetings and scrum calls to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Find and assign defects to developers suggesting improvements to enhance application quality.
- Create and manage wireframes prototypes (using tools like Balsamiq) and architecture diagrams.
- Execute test cases and perform application testing to ensure product functionality and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering design and marketing teams to deliver projects on time.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to suggest improvements.
- Maintain product documentation including requirements specifications and user feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in product or project management.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA Azure DevOps Figma Lucid Chart and VSTS.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
