Overview:
The Oracle Fusion P2P role is crucial within our organization as it involves managing and optimizing endtoend procurement processes using Oracle Fusion applications. The role plays a key part in ensuring effective procurement operations streamlining purchasing activities and driving business value through efficient P2P processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and deployment of Oracle Fusion ProcuretoPay (P2P) applications
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document business requirements
- Design and configure P2P processes to meet specific business needs
- Manage supplier onboarding performance management and relationship building
- Conduct system testing user training and provide ongoing support and maintenance
- Develop and maintain P2P system documentation and standard operating procedures
- Ensure seamless integration of P2P processes with other Oracle Fusion modules
- Create and analyze P2P performance metrics KPIs and reports
- Identify and resolve P2P process inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion P2P module enhancements and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Supply Chain Management or related field
- Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud certification
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ProcuretoPay applications
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices
- Proficiency in P2P configuration customization and data migration
- Experience with P2P reporting tools and analytics
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and lead P2P improvement projects
- Excellent communication problemsolving and project management skills
- Knowledge of integration points between P2P and other ERP modules
- Understanding of compliance risk management and security considerations in P2P processes
