Job Description

Your Team

As a Customer Success Manager (F/M/X) at Yousign your role will be to maximize the satisfaction of your customers portfolio by supporting their product adoption.
You will partner with the Product team (to act as the internal voice for your customers) and with the Account Management team (to maximize the revenue generated on your portfolio) and work hand in hand with the Support team. Ultimately you will be reporting on the health of your portfolio.

Your Missions

In direct collaboration with the Product Support and Account Management teams your missions will be the following:

Onboarding

    • Relentlessly drive customers until the end of their onboarding: optimize their time to value ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide product trainings
    • Act as Delivery Manager for customers awaiting for new features

Relationship Management

    • Maintain regular checkins to understand customer needs & build strong relationships
    • Track customer usage satisfaction and health metrics identify atrisk customers and take proactive actions. Use data to inform your decisions.
    • Gather and dig into clients product and usage feedbacks: act as the first product / technical spokesperson on usage and needs of your customers partner with the product team for roadmapping exercises and act as the internal Voice of your Customer (VoC) mobilizing the internal resources you need

Retention & Business detection

  • Develop strategies to reduce churn and increase loyalty partner with Account Managers to ensure retention
  • Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs partner with Account Managers to optimize closing

  • You have a proven track record as a Customer Success Manager PreSales or Professional Services Managerworking closely with customers and internal teams
  • You have experience dealing with technical SaaS products
  • You have strong relationship skills a dataoriented mindset and technical appetency
  • You are autonomous and willing to evolve in a fastpaced environment
  • You speak fluent English and French
  • Ability to speak Spanish on a professional levelis a strong plus
