We are looking for who has Domestic Pharma Recruiing experience.
Efficiently sourcing screening and recruiting top talent for various functions within the organization. This individual will be instrumental in building a highperforming team to drive the success of the companys domestic operations.
The Recruiter will collaborate closely with Internal hiring managers to understand business & resource needs and create a robust talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine business & resource needs and execute recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through online channels networking and industry events
- Screen and evaluate candidates using various assessment techniques
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with prospective employees
- Facilitate the hiring process including making offers and negotiating employment terms
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and build a strong talent pipeline
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven 35 years of experience as a Recruiter in the pharma staffing industry
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and hiring for various roles within the pharma sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate at all levels
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
