Overview:
The US NON IT Recruiter plays a critical role in the organization by sourcing assessing and securing top talent for various nonIT positions within the company. They are responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs effectively communicating with candidates and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through online channels job fairs and networking
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge skills and experience
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments
- Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms
- Ensure all screening hiring and selection procedures comply with legal and organizational requirements
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and confidential recordkeeping
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the status of open positions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a nonIT recruiter or similar role
- Sound understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close offers
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and databases
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Solid judgement and decisionmaking abilities
