Job Title DGM Engineering Energy Storage Solutions
Location Gurgaon
About Employer One of the largest renewable companies
Qualification B. Tech in Electrical
Mandatory experience Electrical Engineer with 12 years of handson experience in Renewable Industry.
Important requirements Must have experience in design engineering testing and validation of Lithium battery based Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) including PCS EMS for Grid Scale Applications. Must be conversant with applicable standards/ Codes for Grid Integration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review of tender requirements and develop engineering solutions for ESS complying applicable codes/ standards and SLAs.
- Design sizing calculation engineering selection testing validation of complete ESS solutions including Battery BMS EMS PCS Transformer Switchgear Cable and associated electrical components for Grid Scale Application.
- Integration of ESS Solution with gridconnected renewable plants creating engineering documents BOM wiring diagram/ schematics specifications test procedures and test plans to comply with tender requirements.
- Testing and performance validation at the renewable project site.
- Preparing scope of supply creating specifications of ESS solution and associated components to establish supply chain.
- Evaluation of vendors and their technical proposals.
- Evaluation of alternate technologies and developing technology roadmap.
- Technology partnership through SKD/ CKD and selection of partners.
- Cost reduction through engineering innovation and competition benchmarking.
