Experience: Minimum of 710 years of sales experience in the eCommerce industry with a focus on selling eCommerce services and solutions.
Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and resultsoriented Senior Sales professional to lead our eCommerce service sales efforts. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships in the eCommerce sector. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of eCommerce services and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for eCommerce services. o Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals providing guidance support and training to enhance their performance.
Client Acquisition: o Identify and target potential clients in need of eCommerce services including platform development digital marketing and optimization. o Conduct indepth sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients showcasing our solutions and their benefits. o Negotiate and close highvalue contracts ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key clients and stakeholders. o Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. o Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored eCommerce solutions
Market Analysis: o Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape in the eCommerce sector. o Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional materials for eCommerce services. o Coordinate with the product and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of eCommerce solutions.
Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline status and client interactions. o Prepare and present regular sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
Networking: Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions to build brand awareness and establish new connections. o Develop and nurture relationships with industry influencers and potential partners.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g. Magento Shopify WooCommerce) digital marketing strategies and eCommerce services and technologies.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills exceptional communication and presentation abilities and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
