We re a profitable startup with a fastgrowing revenue currently doing early six digits just within three months of launch. We re expected to grow revenue to $2Mn in the first year. In the next 5 years we aim to become a $500Mn revenue company through financial products.
We are looking for our founding SDR to lay the groundwork for growth at Zinance. With a solid base of early customers who love our product we are looking to grow from 110.

What You ll Do
- Full GTM Ownership: Develop and execute GTM strategies including lead generation outbound campaigns cold emailing and other sales tactics to break into the market and scale.
- Own the Outbound Sales Process: Manage outreach lead gen and prospecting activities endtoend from building lead lists and sping data to executing sequences and followups.
- Lead Sales Campaigns: Set up test and refine outbound sales and marketing campaigns to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Partnerships & Growth: Initiate and cultivate strategic partnerships with SaaS platforms VCs accelerators and more.
- Experiment & Optimize: Conduct growth experiments analyze customer behavior and apply findings to improve acquisition strategies. Scale what works discard what doesn t.
- Close Deals: Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing with a strong emphasis on achieving revenue targets.
- Sales Funnel Optimization: Measure performance test strategies and refine the sales funnel to ensure seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.
