Job Description

We are seeking Customer Support Executives to manage customer inquiries and provide support to global clients including those in the US UK EU and the Middle East.
Key Highlights:
  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 days off.
  • Cab Facility: Provided for both pickup and dropoff.
  • Shifts: Rotational shifts aligned with EU Middle East US and UK hours.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • International BPO Experience: At least 6 months in a voice process role within an international BPO.
  • Communication: Strong spoken English particularly for interacting with native speakers from the US.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer and internet browsing proficiency.
  • Billing Expertise: Experience in handling billingrelated queries.
  • Chat/Email Support: Prior experience with chat or email processes is a plus but not mandatory.
Educational Requirements:
  • Qualification: Open to undergraduates dropouts or graduates.
  • Course Enrollment: Candidates should not be pursuing any fulltime or parttime academic courses.
