We are seeking Customer Support Executives to manage customer inquiries and provide support to global clients including those in the US UK EU and the Middle East.
Key Highlights:
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 days off.
- Cab Facility: Provided for both pickup and dropoff.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts aligned with EU Middle East US and UK hours.
Required Experience & Skills:
- International BPO Experience: At least 6 months in a voice process role within an international BPO.
- Communication: Strong spoken English particularly for interacting with native speakers from the US.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer and internet browsing proficiency.
- Billing Expertise: Experience in handling billingrelated queries.
- Chat/Email Support: Prior experience with chat or email processes is a plus but not mandatory.
Educational Requirements:
- Qualification: Open to undergraduates dropouts or graduates.
- Course Enrollment: Candidates should not be pursuing any fulltime or parttime academic courses.
