Job Description
Overview:
The SAP BW4HANA Developer plays a crucial role in the organization responsible for designing developing and maintaining SAP BW4HANA solutions to meet business requirements and ensure effective data management and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop SAP BW4HANA data models ETL processes and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for data integration and reporting.
- Implement best practices for data modeling data extraction transformation and loading.
- Optimize and enhance existing SAP BW4HANA solutions to improve performance and usability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and train endusers on SAP BW4HANA functionalities.
- Develop and maintain SAP BW4HANA objects using ABAP programming language.
- Support system testing and performance tuning activities for SAP BW4HANA solutions.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new SAP technologies and features.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP BW4HANA solutions with other systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 4 years of experience in SAP BW4HANA development and implementation.
- Proficiency in SAP BW4HANA data modeling and reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
- Experience in ABAP programming for SAP BW4HANA.
- Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of SAP BW4HANA solutions.
- Understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
