Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and maintaining SAP SRM system
- Collaborating with procurement team to define and streamline procurement processes
- Managing supplier relationships and performance
- Optimizing supply chain processes and inventory management
- Configuring and customizing SRM software to meet business requirements
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to integrate SRM with other SAP modules
- Providing user support and training for SAP SRM system
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Generating reports and analysis on procurement activities
- Participating in vendor negotiations and contract management
- Troubleshooting system issues and addressing technical challenges
- Staying updated with SAP SRM best practices and industry trends
- Leading and supporting SRM system upgrades and enhancements
- Participating in crossfunctional IT projects related to SAP SRM
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Information Technology or related field
- 4 years of experience in SAP SRM implementation and support
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SRM system
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
- Experience in system integration with other SAP modules
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of SRM security and authorization concepts
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Understanding of SAP SRM best practices and industry standards
- Certification in SAP SRM is a plus
- Experience in leading system upgrades and enhancements
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 for SRM is advantageous
- Experience in SAP MM and procurementrelated modules is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
