Must Have:
Defining the technology roadmap and translating business requirements to technology requirements
Finalize vendors and oversee implementation
- 5 years in technology product / full stack management (Mandatory)
- (Financial services background preferred)
- Tech stack requirement Full Stack
- Tech language requirement .net python initially
- Tech backend knowledge of LMS MLS for client and has implemented it (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the technology roadmap and align it with business objectives translating business requirements into actionable technology strategies.
- Finalize vendor selection and manage the implementation process to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the development and management of fullstack technology products ensuring they meet client needs and performance standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology product management or fullstack development (mandatory).
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in .NET and Python with a solid understanding of fullstack development.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Managed Learning Services (MLS) is essential; prior implementation experience is mandatory.

- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
