We are looking for a skilled and proficient lead for our HR Team with marvellous ability to
manage the team of TAs. Who will be open to take challenges and meet the hiring
requirement of the organization a team player along with individual contributor in achieving
the assigned goals.
Required Skill Sets:
Must have previous work experience in IT hiring.
Must be proficient with handling Online Portals like Naukari Monster etc. But not
limited to.
Good Communication skills.
Talent acquisition and head hunting.
Resume screening and requirement gathering.
Must have experience in team handling.
Should be proactive in follow ups aligning interviews of the shortlisted candidates
with the panel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for gathering job requirements preparing job descriptions and
circulate the same on various recruitment channels as well as within the team.
Helping the team to achieve their daytoday task related to recruitment.
Prioritize the daytoday work of recruitment for the team so that desired result can be
achieved.
Comfortable in making the strategy for the future as well as hiring needs of the
organization.
Comfortable to coordinate with the operation team for onboarding joining
formalities of the hired resources.
Willing to learn and adapt new technology trends so that efficient resources can be
hired within the organization.
Comfortable in adapting to the new world of technology and implementing them in
current as well as future hiring.
Should be positive enough to handle different recruitment scenarios and work on
solutions for the particular scenarios.
Willing to do attitude is must.
