Job Description
Overview:
The Azure B2C role is crucial in implementing and managing the Azure Active Directory B2C service which allows organizations to customize and control how customers sign up sign in and manage their profiles when using applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and secure user experience across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Azure B2C tenants to meet business requirements
- Design and develop custom policies for user authentication and authorization
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Azure B2C with web and mobile applications
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure B2C service issues and performance
- Implement identity management best practices and security measures
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize identity and access management needs
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on Azure B2C features and capabilities
- Develop and maintain documentation for Azure B2C configurations and processes
- Stay updated with the latest Azure B2C features and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing Azure Active Directory B2C
- Proficiency in configuring custom policies using Identity Experience Framework (IEF)
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
- Experience in integrating Azure B2C with web and mobile applications
- Knowledge of OAuth OpenID Connect and SAML protocols
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Azure B2C service issues
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience in documenting Azure B2C configurations and processes
- Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to stay updated with the evolving Azure B2C features and best practices
- Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
