With over 25 years of excellence we operate 12 dedicated fashion and lifestyle channels and reach 2 billion viewers across 193 countries. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our innovative recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions that reflect our company culture.
- Utilize social media job boards and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit for the organization.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility in the job market.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or MBA HR
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
