Overview:
The Application Support role for Linux and SQL is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and performance of software applications within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for applications in Linux and SQL environments.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in application support preferably with Linux and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Bash Python).
- Understanding of application architecture and database design.
- Familiarity with incident management tools.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools for application and database optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD methodologies.
