Job Description:
Managing the sales process for the region both B2B and B2C including planning and executing the demand generation activities.
Strategies and manage the channel expansion
Design and execute channel promotion and business promotion schemes to ensure sales maximisation.
Manage collections and receivables.
Work with the regional agronomist and the product development team to design and execute the market development activities.
Provide feedback to the leadership on product pricing competitor activities and how to counter those.
RequirementsQualifications/Skills
Candidate should be M.SC/B.SC(Agri)/B.Tech (Agri) with 15 plus years of experience and a good academic record right through from
his school.
Should have worked in large agriinput companies in sales and marketing and heading a state/region for atleast 3 years.
Strong commercial acumen team and channel handling experience.
Good communication skills and should be fluent in English Hindi
Basic computer skills with MS Office
Role requires extensive travelling of more than 15 days a month
