Core Functions:
Head Estate Management for a Ultra High End Residential
- Managing and overseeing daytoday operations and leading Functional leads like HK Engineering Accounts CRM etc.
- Devise strategies/process to streamline the functions and identify value additions to existing processes.
- Support control measures and implement those at site including HSE and EHS.
- Client Management spearheading meetings and contributing to the discussions positively.
- Thorough knowledge of technical and soft services in property management. Planning management and control of engineering and technical activities within the framework of the technical building equipment
- Management of objects with complex task allocation in all relevant specialist areas of the technical building equipment. with management and technical responsibilities
- Collaborate with RWA/Builder for handover of fl ats and related transition
- Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints enforcing rules of occupancy inspecting vacant units and completing repairs planning renovations contracting with landscaping and snow
- Actively liaise and work with Owners Associations to ensure continual engagement and continuity of purpose to facilitate optimum living standards in the communities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients manage all internal and external stakeholders ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries requests and feedback providing timely and personalized assistance. Drive the team to complete the requirements raised by the inmates within TAT.
- Oversee the compliance of all property operations with relevant regulations and standards implementing necessary measures to uphold legal and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM (Client Relationship Management) software.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure adherence to compliance protocols and identify areas for improvement.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related fi engineering degree will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in a customerfacing role preferably in real estate hospitality or luxury residential properties.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with a keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation
Competitive base salary structure max 21 LPA CTC
