Job Description
Job Title: Operations Associate
Location: Kolkata
Experience: Minimum one year in from operation of incubator industry
Salary: Up to 3.6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Management:
- Oversee the deal lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Engage with startups to align their needs with investor interests.
- Manage communications and negotiations between startups investors and fund houses.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary contact for startups and investors.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners.
- Represent the company at events and networking opportunities.
- Financial Analysis:
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assist with financial assessments.
- Discuss investments and valuations with stakeholders.
- Support the development of financial models and projections.
- Operational Support:
- Contribute to venture building strategies.
- Collaborate with teams for smooth operational workflows.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years with startups or investors; experience with incubators or accelerators preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Understanding of investments valuations and financial modeling.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and venture capital processes.
