Overview
The Analyst Fund Finance Oversight plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management and oversight of financial operations within our fund finance team. This position is essential for the accurate reporting and analysis of financial data enabling informed decisionmaking and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to gather analyze and report financial information assisting in the management of fund liquidity and performance. By leveraging analytical skills and financial acumen the Analyst will contribute to optimizing fund operations and enhancing financial performance. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing accurate financial reports for fund performance and compliance.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and variances in fund performance.
- Support the financial modeling process for new fund strategies.
- Collaborate with investment teams to gather relevant financial data.
- Monitor fund liquidity and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and validate financial transactions and documentation.
- Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

- Improve existing processes for data collection and reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- 25 years of relevant experience in fund finance or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Experience with financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of fund operations and investment strategies.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present it effectively.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.
- Proven problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with financial software and databases.
