Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience and a deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM REST API SOAP integrations scripting HTML and AJAX. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of designing and managing complex integrations to optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integration efforts for ServiceNow ITSM ensuring seamless connectivity with other systems.
- Design develop and implement REST API and SOAP integrations to facilitate data flow and system interoperability.
- Utilize scripting languages and web technologies such as HTML and AJAX to enhance integration capabilities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integrationrelated issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Document integration processes and best practices to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
