What you will be doing 

• Works with client to ensure that assigned work is completed efficiently meets business requirements stays within scope and is delivered on time.
• Plays a key role in resolving technical roadblocks.
• Design and develop solutions to solve business problems
• Continually improve quality of the deliverables
• Ensures code reviews unit testing and integration testing is completed efficiently and effectively. 
• Assisting in the identification isolation resolution and communication of problems within the production environment 

What you bring

• Minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience.
• Experience with working collaboratively using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology.
• Proven work experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Indepth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities

Skills

• Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
• Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow fields page layouts record types custom settings dashboards and reports
• Good knowledge of implementing solution using Apex LWC Flows etc.
• Knowledge of Omniscripts would be added advantage.
• Good knowledge of HTML CSS Javascript SLDS.
• Security aspects in Salesforce like user and license management roles profiles permissions public groups.

 Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in computer engineering computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education training or work experience.
• Salesforce Developer Certification

Competencies

• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communicator ability to discuss technical & business requirements with Clients and Internal teams.
• Attention to detail track record of authoring high quality documentation.
• Organized approach manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
• Selfstarter but team mindset work autonomously and as part of a global team.
