Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager / Manager HR will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the organization s HR operations. This position requires a wellrounded HR professional with expertise in performance management employee engagement payroll processing and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be proactive possess strong interpersonal skills and have a deep understanding of HR best practices in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management System (PMS):
- Lead the endtoend implementation and administration of the Performance Management System.
- Conduct performance reviews ensure timely feedback and align employee goals with organizational objectives.
- Train managers and employees on the PMS process providing guidance to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives identify highpotential employees and manage succession planning.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance retention.
- Plan and coordinate engagement activities workshops and events that reinforce company culture and team spirit.
- Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and implement initiatives to address concerns and improve employee satisfaction.
Payroll Processing:
- Oversee the monthly payroll process ensuring accuracy compliance and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage salary structures increments and statutory compliances.
- Resolve employee payrollrelated queries ensuring clear communication and a seamless payroll experience.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead recruitment activities for various roles from sourcing to onboarding ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies negotiate terms and monitor performance.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain and update HR policies ensuring alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Handle employee documentation records management and HR data analytics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies addressing any employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present regular HR reports on key metrics including turnover recruitment and employee engagement levels.
- Use HR data to identify trends propose improvements and make informed decisions to enhance HR processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Master s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Experience: 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist ideally with experience in the real estate or related industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR functions especially in performance management employee engagement payroll and recruitment.
- Proficient in HR software and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
