Job Description
Job Title: Finance/Accounts Manager
Location: Andheri East Mumbai
Experience: 24 years
CTC: 4 to 6 LPA
Work Mode: Onsite Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Notice Period: Immediate or within 30 days
Job Overview:
A Mumbaibased techdriven company is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Finance/Accounts Manager with 34 years of relevant experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of a dynamic fastgrowing organization. The role focuses on handling key areas of finance and accounting including budgeting cash flow management financial analysis and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting process perform variance analysis and support financial planning initiatives.
- Monitor cash flow working capital and liquidity to maintain financial health.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decisionmaking.
- Develop financial models to assess and optimize company performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to implement cost control and profitability measures.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance with 34 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling data analysis and Excel.
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail.
