Job Description
Currently we are looking for Manual QA
Responsibilities
Experience in Manual QA for AIdriven or Gen AI applications.
Prior experience testing promptbased or NLPdriven applications is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA TestRail or equivalent.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts including natural language processing and generative AI.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce functionalities and automation capabilities.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Copilot/AI assistant testing and validation.
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g. Postman SOAP UI) and scripting languages.
Certifications in Salesforce such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant are a plus.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
