Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define Quality Standards: Work with the team to establish and monitor quality metrics for software applications.
- Automated Test Creation: Collaborate with developers to understand new features and design corresponding automated test cases.
- Build Test Frameworks: Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks.
- Bug Tracking: Identify document and manage bugs using issuetracking tools.
- Perform Regression Tests: Execute regression tests and enhance automated test coverage in critical areas.
- Enhance Automation Processes: Continuously optimize testing processes and tools to improve efficiency.
- Ensure Test Reliability: Maintain the accuracy scalability and reliability of automated tests.
- Code Review Participation: Engage in code reviews providing insights to improve testability and overall product quality.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with QA development and product teams to ensure thorough test coverage and smooth release cycles.
- Analyze Test Outcomes: Evaluate test results identify trends and provide comprehensive reports on product quality.
- Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Experience Requirements:
- Test Script Management: Skilled in creating managing and executing automated test scripts using tools like Azure DevOps Jira XRay or Qase.
- Automation Tools Expertise: Handson experience with tools such as Playwright Selenium Cypress Jest or TestNG.
- Performance Testing: Knowledge of performance and load testing tools like JMeter or Artillery.
- API Testing: Experience testing RESTful APIs
