About this role:
The QC Laboratory Engineerwill play a pivotal role in supporting diverse development initiatives contributing to the design testing and validation of cuttingedge solutions. In this role you will oversee technical activities collaborating with teams to ensure robust testing protocols accurate results and the continuous enhancement of methods to meet evolving project demands and quality standards.
As part of our SRS/FSP team you will be dedicated to one sponsor.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide expertise in testing and validation processes for packaging development.
- Organize and execute tailored testing methods ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Manage the documentation of test activities and generate detailed reports using internal systems.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of test methods driving innovation and improved efficiencies.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights for packaging solutions.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives for test methodologies and operational processes.
Qualifications:
- A degree in engineering science or a related technical field.
- Strong collaboration skills with a teamoriented mindset and a focus on achieving shared goals.
- Proven ability to lead and independently manage tasks with excellent organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a structured and qualityfocused approach.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
