As a Senior Technical Product Manager (Vendor Platform) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our vendorfacing web and mobile platforms. You will work with 20 product squads setting the strategic direction for platform performance observability and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Vision and Strategy:
- Define and articulate the longterm vision for our vendorfacing platforms aligning with the overall business objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive platform roadmap prioritizing initiatives based on strategic impact and technical feasibility.
Performance and Observability:
- Establish rigorous performance and observability standards and targets.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement robust monitoring and alerting systems.
- Analyze platform performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Drive initiatives to improve platform speed reliability and scalability.
User Experience:
- Own the endtoend user experience for our vendor partners.
- Identify and address inconsistencies and pain points across different platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with design and UX teams to create intuitive and userfriendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform product decisions.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships with product managers engineers designers and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Resolve conflicts and align teams on shared goals.
DataDriven Decision Making:
- Leverage data analytics to measure platform performance and user behavior.
- Use datadriven insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
Technical Leadership:
- Stay uptodate with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to architect scalable and resilient platform solutions.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Senior Technical Product Manager or similar role.
Deep understanding of web and mobile technologies including frontend and backend development.
Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Experience with performance optimization techniques monitoring tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with remote teams and distributed organizations.
