Job Description
Job Title: Product Line Manager Artificial Lift and Well Completion Tools
Location: Khopoli Mumbai
Relocation: Required
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Line Manager for our Artificial Lift and Well Completion tools
division. The candidate must have 56 years of relevant experience and a strong technical
foundation. You will oversee the product lifecycle engage in technical discussions with clients and
contribute to continuous product innovation. This is a key role for someone with deep industry
knowledge who is passionate about driving results.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the endtoend product lifecycle ensuring
alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product roadmaps that incorporate market trends
client feedback and company growth strategies.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify
emerging opportunities shifts in the competitive landscape and customer requirements.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering manufacturing sales and
marketing teams to ensure seamless product development timely launches and sustained
performance.
Client Engagement & Support: Build strong client relationships through regular
communication addressing technical inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with product
offerings.
Product Innovation: Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve product lines to
maintain a competitive edge and meet evolving industry demands.
Performance Tracking: Analyze product performance metrics such as sales growth
profitability and customer feedback to drive improvements.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Master s degree preferred).
Experience: 56 years of experience managing product lines in the artificial lift or well
completion sectors.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of artificial lift systems well completion tools and
industry standards.
Leadership & Collaboration: Proven experience in leading crossfunctional teams and driving
initiatives to successful completion.
Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data and market insights to inform product decisions and
enhancements.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
articulate complex technical information clearly.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and stay ahead of industry
developments.
