Job Title: Business Development Manager Sales
Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager Sales your primary responsibility will be to identify
develop and close new business opportunities that drive company revenue and growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling
networking events and industry research.
* Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers within target companies to
understand their business needs and pain points.
* Develop customized sales strategies and proposals to effectively pitch company products
or services to potential clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product development and
operations to ensure seamless delivery and execution of client projects.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue
objectives.
* Continuously monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to
identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management highlighting key
performance metrics and areas for improvement
