Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a social media strategy for the company across various platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.)
Create engaging and visually appealing content showcasing companys properties communities and brand story
Manage daily posting scheduling and community engagement across all social media channels
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics (engagement reach lead generation)
Stay uptodate on the latest social media trends and platforms relevant to the real estate industry
Lead Generation & SEO:
Implement SEO best practices to improve company websites organic search ranking
Develop content strategies to attract qualified leads to the website
Manage and optimize landing pages for lead capture
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
Paid Advertising (PPC & SEM):
Develop and manage targeted PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads social media ads) to reach new audiences and generate leads
Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase website traffic and brand visibility
Analyze campaign performance and optimize spending for maximum return on investment (ROI)
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
23 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on real estate
Proven experience in social media marketing content creation and community management
Experience with SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Search Console etc.)
Working knowledge of PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads social media ads)
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
A passion for the real estate industry and an understanding of current market trends
