Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
Working Days: 6 days a week

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Customer Care Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls chats and emails providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role requires flexibility for rotational shifts excellent communication skills and the ability to manage inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls chat and email.

Provide timely accurate information and support for customer requests.

Identify and resolve customer issues ensuring high satisfaction.

Document and update records of customer interactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree required.

6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service (automobile industry experience preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts.

Proficiency in handling multiple channels of customer communication (call/chat/email).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the automobile industry is an advantage.

Strong problemsolving skills with a customerfirst mindset.
