Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Admin and HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions and managing human resource activities to ensure smooth operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources:

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees including job postings interviews and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance payroll contracts etc.).
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (EPF ESI etc.).

2. Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage office facilities equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and document management.
  • Organize and oversee events meetings and conferences.
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics for employees.
  • Manage company assets including IT equipment and furniture.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. Zoho BambooHR).
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in HR and administration.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
