Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver highquality software solutions.

Manage and oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery.

Enforce coding standards through thorough code reviews.

Collaborate closely with product managers business analysts and key stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Communicate project updates risks and challenges effectively to stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.

Stay informed about emerging industry trends and integrate relevant technologies into projects.

Technical Expertise:

Extensive experience with Java 8 and newer versions.

Proficiency in frameworks such as Spring Spring Boot Hibernate and JPA

Strong understanding of objectoriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

Expertise in building RESTful web services and APIs.

Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks such as Angular or React

Proficiency in working with database systems like MySQL PostgreSQL or MongoDB

Experience using version control systems such as Git

Skilled in build tools like Maven or Gradle

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
