Job Description

Role: Design Head

Reporting to: Managing Director

Reportees: Designers

Goal:

Creative and profitable designs by designers within timelines

MSR:

5/6/7 years of design & execution in interiors lighting or architecture

Design enthusiast

No. of projects: 6 projects with atleast 2 projects 4000 sq.ft

MSExcel Basic

Strong communication skills

Experience of managing a team of min 3 people

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management

2. Performance Management

3. Execution Management

4. Understanding requirement from Project Management Head and assigning designers

appropriately
