Job Description

Role: Project Management Head

Reporting to: Managing Director

Reportees: Project Management Executives

Goal:

Completing projects in time within budget and error free

MSR:

5/6 years of experience in project management in a bespoke furniture

manufacturing/architectural/interior design company

Having managed a team of at least 2/3 people

MSExcel Basic

Strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution (Time & Cost Mgmt)

2. Performance Management

3. Team Management

4. Quality Control

5. Customer Relationship Management

6. Service Management

7. Complaints Management
