We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager in managing Transitions & Migration projects under Fraud:
Business Unit Fraud
Principal responsibilities
- Work with Business stakeholders (Senior Management / SME s) to understand and document their requirements and plan deliverables.
- Effectively document and communicate business requirements to IT to help them implement system solution and changes.
- Drive UAT process liaising with business and IT.
- Drive and lead conversations with stakeholders to ensure progress of owned tasks and deliverables.
- Assist Project Manager and input various reporting materials to key stakeholders.
- initiate and shape projects consistent with Business Transformation Framework (BTF) methodology.

- Strong Project Management Skills with understanding of project delivery methodologies.
- Ability to understand data flows and document lineage.
- Ability to translate business requirements to user stories and effectively communicate the requirements to IT.
- Proficiency and/or strong desire to learn adopt and train people on new technologies (Cloud Python BigQuery SQL Qlik / visualisation tools)
- Knowledge and experience of Agile Delivery Methodology and of BTF methodology.
- Finance/ Treasury/ Risk / Fraud project background
- Strong background working with largescale technology implementations in banking domain
- Experience with Agile/iterative process in the context of project tracking and reporting. Exposure to JIRA/Confluence for project management activity
- Enthusiasm for proactively seeking exploring and developing use cases for new data and/or tools/wider industry trends
- Experience working across multiple geographical regions desirable
- Proven ability to work in a matrix multinational operating structure
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
- Up to 1012 years of project management and business analysis experience preferably in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of IT processes

- Collaborate with partners across business groups evaluate emerging techniques that may contribute to existing analytical capabilities and computational models

- Maintain the level of communication/interaction across the team and direct manager including onshore business partners
- Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financialservices/ bankingoperations is advantageous
