Job Role Secretary

Experience 5 Years
Location Mumbai (Lower Panvel )
Salary Up to 4.5 LPA
Age 2145 Years

Need a good Secretary who can handle all Customer queries should be presentable with good communication skills Computer Skills and Have good EnglishSpeaking Skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers answering calls and addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage and prioritize customer queries via phone email or in person ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments maintaining records and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and provide seamless support.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain a presentable and approachable demeanor while representing the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or administration preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and email management systems.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle inquiries effectively with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Personal Attributes: Presentable appearance professional demeanor and strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Experience

  • 5 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Experience in handling a multiline phone system or similar communication tools.
