Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers answering calls and addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage and prioritize customer queries via phone email or in person ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments maintaining records and preparing documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and provide seamless support.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain a presentable and approachable demeanor while representing the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or administration preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and email management systems.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle inquiries effectively with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Personal Attributes: Presentable appearance professional demeanor and strong organizational abilities.
Preferred Experience
- 5 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Experience in handling a multiline phone system or similar communication tools.
