Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to drive financial planning forecasting and analysis while providing strategic insights to enhance decisionmaking and business performance. This role involves budgeting variance analysis and partnering with crossfunctional teams to guide financial outcomes.
You will work closely with a diverse group of professionals from leading MNCs such as McKinsey BCG KPMG Deloitte EY and startups like Byjus and Paytm. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from an extraordinary team grow massively and help students globally build successful careers.
Location: Noida
What will you do
- Financial Planning: Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasts; build longterm financial models.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders supporting strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Analysis & Reporting: Deliver financial reports conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Strategic Projects: Support M&A activities and process improvements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analysts ensuring performance and development.
- Compliance: Ensure financial compliance and risk management.
What will you need
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 8 years of FP&A experience with 3 years in leadership.
- Big 4 experience preferred.
- Growing startup experience is a plus
- Expertise in financial modeling forecasting and reporting.
- Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
