Job Description

We required the Store Manager for the our group company Vilas transcore. Vilas transcore products are CRGO Radiator Copper etc.

Store Manager

The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful operation of retail stores by ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while managing all aspects of the stores performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • working experience in ERP / SAP technology is must
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in store management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and managing a successful retail operation.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all store operations to meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Recruit train and develop store personnel fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to adjust stock accordingly.
  • Create and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and attractiveness.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and address any complaints promptly.
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct regular reviews to promote professional growth.
  • Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage budgets optimizing cost control measures.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shrinkage and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery and quality of stock.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform business strategies and improve store performance.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract customers and increase foot traffic.
  • Engage with the local community to build brand loyalty and awareness.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to upper management for evaluation.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of local market and competition dynamics.
  • Customeroriented mindset with a passion for retail.
