Store Manager
The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful operation of retail stores by ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while managing all aspects of the stores performance.
Required Qualifications:
- working experience in ERP / SAP technology is must
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in store management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing a successful retail operation.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all store operations to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Recruit train and develop store personnel fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to adjust stock accordingly.
- Create and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and attractiveness.
