The role of IT Software Sales is critical to the growth and revenue generation of the organization. As an IT Software Sales Specialist you will be responsible for selling software solutions to various clients understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions that address their business needs. Your expertise in technology and software coupled with your exceptional sales skills will enable you to establish and maintain longlasting relationships with clients. a. Education
B.Tech (Preferably Computer Science/Information Technology) and an MBA
b. Experience
25 years of experience in software sales in organizations that were dealing with Data/ Information/ Business Intelligence/ Data warehouse / Reporting / Analytics at first level followed by SAP/ERP.
c. Expectations
Target driven need to take end to end accountability stating from lead generation till closing the deal.
Need to connect and discuss at the business level CXO.
Travel 10%20% to start with
Selfdriven drives multiple initiatives
Work with Multiple OEM s
Create strong pipeline
Manage CRM
Manage multiple channels for pipeline

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales or IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of software technologies and IT solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM software for managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment and changing market conditions.
- Professional certification in sales or IT is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
- Should be highly motivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customercentric approach.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is advantageous.
