Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our growing team.This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting professionals to meet the diverse needs of our partners. If you are passionate about building strong teams we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities of the IT Recruiter
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for IT roles from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate applicants for technical skills cultural fit and potential.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews providing feedback and recommendations to hiring teams.
Qualifications for IT Recruiter Role
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment ideally within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and IT industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with ATS software and sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated ability in building strong networks with candidates and hiring managers.
- Selfmotivated detailoriented and capable of working independently.
- Open to continuous learning and embracing new recruitment techniques and technologies.
