Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT System Manager to join a highprofile Railway Project in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise to an international project focused on modernizing passenger transportation systems and enhancing operational efficiency. We are looking for international candidates who are open to relocation to Saudi Arabia. Key Requirements:
1. Experience working with highspeed rail systems or similar projects is highly valued.
2. Handson expertise in passenger transportation systems including ticketing and fare/quota management.
3.Familiarity with European railway ticketing systems and fare management.
3. Advanced proficiency in SQL databases Excel VBA and Power BI.
4. A proven track record in managing and optimizing technical systems for largescale operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the testing implementation and maintenance of IT systems ensuring they meet project and business objectives.
2. Develop system procedures and manage compliance reporting for regulatory bodies like the Transport General Authority (TGA).
3. Optimize train schedules seat quotas and commercial offers to enhance passenger experience.
4. Use advanced tools like PostgreSQL Excel VBA and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
5. Address and resolve system errors to maintain smooth operations.
